About Carmela
Carmela Nyberg is a realtor with Realty Concepts and has been a realtor since 2017. Throughout her real estate career, she has earned a top producer award and has had the pleasure of helping clients buy and sell homes in the Central Valley. Carmela has experience in residential sales, vacant land, probate/conservatorships and court ordered sales. Carmela brings exceptional integrity and professionalism to every real estate transaction and is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling properties with ease and confidence. Carmela is also a proud member of a unique real estate cooperative, The Horn Team. The team specializes in supporting other women realtors and focuses on providing exceptional service to their clients and also to each member.
She is a graduate of Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada, with a Bachelor's of Commerce Degree. After graduation, Carmela moved to Minnesota, Seattle and then to the Fresno/Clovis area where she has resided since 2002. In addition to her professional pursuits, she is fluent in American Sign Language allowing her to communicate effectively and inclusively with a diverse range of clients. It is her commitment and passion to ensure every individual feels heard and understood throughout the entire real estate process.
Outside of work, she supports and mentors American Sign Language Interpreters. She is involved in a local non-profit agency that provides services to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. She also enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach and meeting new people.
