There aren’t enough compliments that I could give Kerry. She exceeded our expectations. I met Kerry at an open house while we were just browsing, not seriously looking. We went to an open house and she was the selling agent. She was very nice and greeted us, answered all of our questions, and I left with a great impression of her. Even though we didn’t have an agent yet, I emailed her a few questions and she responded back about the house. That’s another thing that stuck with me. Come time, we were finally ready to make the move to purchase a home. I looked up my old emails and found our emails and found her number. I called and ask her some questions, which she answered. We got the ball rolling and started looking at homes. Never once was she pushy or trying to stir us in any way. She wanted to make sure that whatever home we chose that it was going to the right one, even if it took looking for months. Every time I wanted to see a home she was ready and willing, and if she wasn’t she would find a colleague to show us. When it came to putting in a offer she was so knowledgeable and gave us so much information about how we could be competitive with our offer. When we did get an offer accepted, Kerry got the ball rolling and we got to doing all the home inspections. She suggested an inspection with the pipes and save us thousands in the long run because there were roots. The AC needed to be replaced and we were able to get that resolved with the help of the sellers agent Kirby Smith, who is also amazing. Kerry and Kirby worked so well together to make this deal happen. What I appreciated the most about the both of them were their integrity. They made sure that this home was going to serve our family for years to come. Even after the sale was completed both agents followed up with us and we are so appreciative. I would highly recommend Kerry to any of my friends and family. She is amazing!
